Mini Trash Compactor

My tool is designed to compact pieces of trash. In space, when astronauts have wet trash, like leftover food packets, they need to compress it down to get all of the air out and to save space in the bag that holds it all. Instead of crushing it with their hands, they could use my tool to ensure it gets compacted down. All they have to do is put the item inside of the compactor and use the second part of it to flatten it and then pack it up. This would take less time than compressing it manually and it would be more effective.
