The Nail Clipping Basket is a container that is meant to resolve a problem that every astronaut has on the ISS. As Chris Hadfield demonstrated in one of his videos, when astronauts clip their nails, there is the danger that their nails will fly off in random directions and get lost within the ISS, which poses a danger to the astronauts and the equipment. My container is designed to be worn while clipping one's nails, much like a thimble while sewing. This will provide a barrier, preventing the nails from flying off and becoming lost. Also contained in the print is a covering for the larger end of the container to hold in nail clippings as well as to complement the ring of Velcro around the smaller end of the container which can be mounted for storage or kept with a set of nail clippers.
