SSV Chopper

The Space Station Veggie Chopper (SSV Chopper) is helpful when astronauts want to make salad in space in the future, in 2050 or sooner. Scientists in space don't get a lot of fresh food to eat, so this would be useful, because a knife would just float away. Plus, the lettuce, or any other fruit or vegetable that they will hopefully be able to grow in 2050, would also float away in zero gravity. When you push the pump down, the blade inside of it will cut the lettuce. (Stainless steel blade would be added.) The chopped produce can be released through the opening in the bottom. Salad is healthy for everyone, including astronauts.
