The space net is a tool that functions precisely as it sounds. It uses a telescope function that allows for it to extend from a three inch handle to a nine inch handle plus a 3 inch net. Assembly is simple and self explanatory: the end with the square attached would go into the middle portion, and the same for the middle to the bottom. To extend, the sections would be pulled out and turned using a simple crevice-protrusion mechanism. Then, the net would be attached to the very end using the square connection. I would be useful for astronauts who are in their pouch beds and need to retrieve an object just beyond their reach, as well as to collect floating food bits during mealtimes.
