I have made The Wheel. The Wheel is a core strengthening and push up device that benefits from a compact design. Astronauts would use The Wheel to combat the muscular atrophy associated with life in a microgravity environment. Astronauts clasp the handles with the wheel in the center and extend their arms outward, rolling from either a kneeling position, or on their toes. The Wheel can also be utilized for a challenging pushup workout. As this device would be used in microgravity, the user could utilize bungee cords from other equipment to hold themselves down. One feature of The Wheel is that the handles are unscrewable, enabling it to be stored more compactly. This device would be printed from nylon plastic. The Wheel will provide Astronauts with a new and easy form of exercise to combat the effects of space on the body.
