I made a needle which is used for blood sampling. It is made out of nylon plastic. I chose this because, nearly 21 million blood components are transfused each year in the U.S. Also, almost every two seconds, someone in the U.S. needs a blood donation. You would use the needle to take blood from someone's arm. The needle looks just like the ones you would see at the doctor’s office, except for the end. At the end of the needle, there is a flash drive. (print the flash drive separate from the needle). You would plug the needle into the computer, and it will be analyzed once connected. The computer looks like a regular one. Blood sampling machines are important because, you are so far away, and getting blood drawn can help identify diseases and other sickness quickly. Blood samplings keep track of your cholesterol, and make sure your organs are working properly. This is important because, if something is wrong, you need to be able to treat it quickly in order to carry out your mission.
