My medical object (the breath tester,) will test astronauts breath to see if they have a virus. The astronaut would simply breath into a tube, and the tube could diagnose a number of different viruses. The tube would have a sensor inside of it that can recognize different gases, and the amount of gases found in your breath. If the tube recognizes gases that should not be in breath, too much of one gas or too many gases, it will blink a red light, and show the number of gases/one gas your breath carries and/or the gas your breath has that it shouldn’t. Then, the doctor can plug the information the tube has given them into a computer and find out what disease that astronaut has.
