A simple yet effective tool, the Multi-Tool is a tool for every man on the International Space Station. The Multi-Tool is a combination of a wrench and a hammer, some of the most important tools on the International Space Station. The Multi-Tool is 39 centimeters long, 36 centimeters wide, and 10 centimeters thick. This allows for a nice comfortable grip on the handle while also saving space, and since the tools are on the same handle, the Multi-Tool saves more material, space, and weight for more cargo like tools, food, and equipment. As mentioned before, a wrench is one of the most important tools on the International Space Station. After all, most of it is held together by nuts and bolts. The hammer is also important, even though they don’t use nails. Two astronauts were forced to hammer their way into the control center in 2000 due to a misplaced bracket on the door. The Multi-Tool is a tool that should be in the hands of every astronaut for both practical and emergency purposes.
