The spider monkey underwent a major evolution, from being a master in the trees to a danger in the water. During this evolution, it lost its tail and a toe on each foot, and its fur became thinner to reduce its weight. However, the Monkey gained webbed claws (deadly sharp) on both hands and feet, a greater lung capacity for swimming, and incisors to help when consuming fish. The monkey’s adaptability and habitat flooding make it a major threat in the water.
