My lunabot will scoop/dig and move lunar regolith by moving its arms in the direction the lunar regolith is. My robot's hands are curved making it able to scoop/dig and collect lunar regolith. My robot uses its hands to get the dirt so because its hands aren't very big my robot will probably transport less dirt. My robot has a fan that's solar powered so that way any lunar regolith/dust that gets stuck to it is fanned off. On one side of my robot there's a solar panel. That way I can have the fan work to wipe the dust away.
