My rover has many incredible features that allows it to collect moon regolith with ease and deal with the dust simultaneously. The large wheels roll across the moons surface with no hassle. The shovel has a sharp tip that can dip into the ground well and can scoop large amounts of regolith into the rovers storage. The dust shouldn't be a problem either because of the shape of the roof. It is a triangle to emulate a house which allows debris and water to roll off the sides.
