Balloon Bot

Balloon Bot is a robot that will bring joy to hospitalized children. It has three main features. The first is that it can inflate round and modeling balloons. The modeling balloons can be bent by the arms to create fun animal-shaped balloons. It also brings patients meals. This will be done with a tray that can move vertically to adjust to the height of the patient's hospital bed. Finally, a screen allows the patient to Face-time friends and family. The robot will be automated and move with wheels, navigating with sensors. It will be made mostly of metal and painted with warm colors. It can be programmed to learn how to make different types of balloons. These functions will bring a smile to hospitalized children's faces because it allows them to connect with their loved ones, receive meals, and cheer up through the making of balloons. Busy hospitals benefit too.
