Bill the robot is designed to tell jokes, calm people down, be a good companion, and perform very simple tasks. he is designed for people that like jokes, and/or get frustrated fast or easy, and/or needs a companion. so my robot will tell jokes for people that like jokes, calm people down when they get frustrated, and be a companion for lonely people.
