The Anti-drought originates from a lab in the deep sand dunes of California. These scientists already had a plentiful supply of water, but when they realized there was a possibility that their supply could run dry, an emergency plan was put in place. What resulted was a robot that resembled an oil rig, with solar panels and a drilling/pumping system for pumping water out of the ground. Almost a few days after the project had come to a conclusion with a successful prototype, the scientists had reviewed weather patterns and concluded that there was a very low chance of their supply of water running out in the next century. However, a scientist who had just returned from vacation decided not to scrap the idea and send it into production for third-world countries. The anti-drought was immediately sent to these countries and heroically served for the better.
