Alfredo The Candy Frog

My robot idea is a frog named Alfredo that rolls around and gives you candy! My target audience for this project is younger kids, maybe 7-12 years old. The robot will function with a tire in the bottom controlled by a battery, and like a roomba will map out their surrounding environment. Alfredo the candy frog also launches candy! You simply press a button on the back which drops the candy into the launcher and shoots it! Alfredo will be made of foam, paper, two tires, rope, a button, and various types of candy. The robot will be painted green with large eyes and a big smile which is sure to encourage the user to smile back, the candy launcher will not harm the user and will be hidden in the mouth, for a better effect. With Alfredo’s playful design he is sure to bring a smile to anyone’s face!
