Hydrocannon

Hydrocannon is a turret-like launcher. Hydrocannon is made of PTFE to allow for far water balloon launches. A tripod stand is installed for stability and mobility. Handles are installed at the sides to control mobility. 2 air canisters are installed for the pneumatic system that launches the balloon and is activated when gripping the "loading" handle. A brake-like loading handle is installed near the right handle to manage the launching of balloons at a time. A container filled with deflated balloons can be attached to the right side, and the loading mechanism consists of 2 interior wheels controlled by motors and is activated when gripping the loading handle. Water from the 2 water tubes is dispensed into an interior water storage, which fills up the loaded balloon when gripping the loading handle.
