This catapult is made from plastic blocks, build with each other. This water balloon launcher is made from Legos. Water balloons can go very far. Place the water balloons on the holder, pull the handle by human strength of the launcher, so that it can burst. When the elastic is stretched it gives counterforce causing it to launch.
