Win a water balloon fight with ease using the Rocket Launcher 3000! This device is constructed using various sizes and shapes of PVC pipe, a switch for the pressure chamber, as well as a pressure valve such as a bicycle pump. The base is created using aluminum, and a section near the top has the ability to rotate. To use the launcher, place a water balloon inside the top opening of the rocket while the pressure chamber switch is closed. Use the bicycle pump to pressurize the chamber. Next, turn the metal base of the rocket to a desired angle. Once the angle is achieved, open the switch, and the water balloon with soar due to the burst of released pressure powering the rocket.
