The basic idea of this is to have a clamp loosely hold together two bulky items. To assemble this, 1. place the second longest bar in one of the bottom half clamp, 2. snap on the other half, 3. guild the rail through the bottom clamp 4. place the top clam one and lock the long screw in place.
