In my community of Belmont, California, a big problem is stray cats. When walking down the road, one can see many cats darting around. This is bad for the environment because cats are ferocious predators. So, I propose that we create more cat shelters to keep the cats off the street. We will then distribute strays to their original families, or to new families that are interested.
