I think the biggest problem facing my area in terms of climate change is variability when it comes to the weather. The rain is coming in the form of atmospheric rivers, and the heat during the summer has reached over 100 degrees. My planned proposal is to petition the government to increase use of solar, hydro, and wind energy to cut down on climate change and pollution.
