The climate is constantly going to climb warming the earth, and with that the sea level will also continue to rise. As a response to the sea level rising and flooding increasing we are going to help prevent flooding in our community. We are going to dredge the Red River that floods into our community. Dredging the Red River will make a significant impact on our community with reduced flooding significantly to even none at all. Dredging up at least 50 feet would almost eliminate flooding in our entire community, saving land, crops, and even people's lives. Some of the roads in our community flood with a little bit of rain so the river flooding just makes it worse and worse.
