My proposed climate action is to plant more plants in my community. Planting more plants would make flooding less likely due to the ground absorbing more water through plants. In large areas, trees would be planted along with other larger plants, such as bushes. In small places, like medians, there would be flowers, clover, and other smaller plants planted. The trees would also help block sound in some neighborhoods and areas and help block strong winds.
