My container is called the Water Vessel. Its main purpose is to hold water and allow astronauts to drink from it. The water is held in the body of the container, which is the large cylinder in the middle. The smaller cylinder on the top is the straw, and it’s held to the bottle by the cap. The cap is removable, which allows you to put water into the container. The small cylinder on the bottom of the container is called the push. The push is used to get the water out. Because there’s no gravity in space, simply holding the vessel upside down will not force the water out. By pushing the push, you are forcing it out the straw. The space gets smaller and the water has nowhere else to go. There is also a handle on the side of the container to make handling it easier and more convenient.
