The Storage Tank The Storage Tank is designed for a Mars base. The storage tank has a cabinet inside for food-related items that you want to separate such as solids like seeds, small tools, but not for liquids. It‘s 80 millimeters wide and it’s 90.6 millimeters high. The lid snaps on to the tank. The filament will be a mixture of mars soil and plastic. By using locally available martian soil, it uses less plastic so you can make more prints. This storage tank would advance long-term human space exploration by keeping your food-related items organized. When things are organized it makes it easier find things and improves your mood.
