The Gauntlet

Our team worked together to create this contraption. It starts with dominoes, pushing forward a car (representing wheels and axles, our first simple machine), and striking another set of dominoes. This in turn launches the golf ball, which rolls down a contraption made of K'nex. It moves through the contraption and then is caught and dropped by a first class lever (our second simple machine) onto a track. It is then emptied and hits a series of dominoes which curls around and climbs up a series of books. It finishes the way it started, with dominoes striking a car down a track. It then hits the final dominoes in front of the pyramid of canned food.
