The Flight of Freedom

When assigned this project for a veteran pin, my first thought was to make a flag pin. I knew that that would be everyone’s first thought so I continued my thought process. After searching images of military symbols I found this helicopter. I chose this because I want to show the veterans that no matter what position or role they had in war they all can go home to their families as equals. They are all heroes to their country and should be shown appreciation. I thought since an image can hold a thousand words this would be a great way to show my appreciation.
