Veteran's day pin

My veteran pin is the American flag from 1777 to celebrate the victories we had against the British and the victories we had after the british. This flag consists of five stripes and 13 stars. The stars and the stripes represent the 13 colonies. I chose this flag because of these things including the sacrifices that veterans have made to protect our country. SInce the veterans have protected the country they prevent other countries from invading America and helping to support us. For them to fight for us we can sleep peacefully to help, each other, and protect us from ourselves.
