Freedom

Veterans Day should be celebrated because of all the brave men and women who served our country. I think it is important to celebrate Veterans Veterans Day because many people left their families and friends to keep us safe. I put the word freedom on my pin because I have the freedom to do whatever I want because of the brave people who served our country. I also created white wavy stripes to create the look of the stripes on the American flag. The light blue stars represent the 50 stars on the American flag. Lastly I have made the colors of my pin blue and red because those are the colors of our flag. Our flag is so important to us because when we say the pledge or sing the star spangled banner it reminds us that we are free because of those people who have served our country.
