Veterans should be honored because they risked their lives to protect our country. They allow us to be free and not worry about battles in our homes, it is a privilege to have such brave and noble people protect us. The symbol I used was the bald eagle, I used the bald eagle because it represents the strength and freedom of our wonderful nation. Blue is symbolic of loyalty, vigilance, perseverance, and truth.
