Thank You Vets

We should recognize veterans because they put their lives at risk for our safety. Veterans have/had hard and sometimes restless days just so our country is safe and that needs to be recognized. I used stars on my pin to show some of the stars on the American flag. I also used a heart to show my love for all veterans. I used many colors such as red, white, blue, and pink. These colors all have meanings behind them such as red denotes courage, zeal, and fortitude. Blue is symbolic of loyalty, vigilance, perseverance, and truth. White alludes to deeds worthy of remembrance. Pink shows universal love of oneself and of others. As you can see this is how I made my veterans pin and why we need to recognize all of the veterans.
