My .+*Veteran's Day*+. Pin

Veterans should be honored. They keep war from reaching our doorsteps and make sure nobody can take our rights away. If that doesn’t deserve recognition, I don’t know what does. My Veteran’s Day pin is full of symbolism. The star and stripes represent America and our country’s significance. The red symbolizes the power and bravery that our military members possess. The blue represents liberation, determination, and perseverance. The words “United We Stand,” I got from a speech, one of our founding fathers, Patrick Henry gave 2 months before he died. He stated "Let us trust God, and our better judgment to set us right hereafter. United we stand, divided we fall.” This was during a time when we needed our military to protect us. The text at the bottom is showing my gratitude towards veterans and all they’ve done. Thank you veterans!
