Thank You Military

Veterans should be honored because they fought for the country and sacrificed themselves for us, people they don't even know. They threw away the ability to see loved ones, family, and friends. The thing is they did all of these things for us and the only time we ever actually speak about them is in social studies and veterans day. I used the flag of the United States as a symbol. The stars symbolize the 50 states they fight for and the thirteen stripes symbolize the original colonies. I put gold stars because gold represents achievement, dignity, and honor. I made the pin black to show the indicative of determination and constancy.
