For my pin, I chose to contain the symbols Earth, Heart, and the American Flag. The symbol of Earth represents protection and unity. Next, the symbol I used was the American Flag to give the Veterans a reminder that they are serving America. This is meaningful to the Veterans by remembering that they have lots of power and they are very strong. I used a Heart to represent love, gratitude, and joy. This pin is trying to send a message to the Veterans that we really appreciate them and all their hard work. Being a Veteran is a lot of responsibility and hard work while risking their lives and fighting for ours. Veterans Day is a day to celebrate the Veterans that have risked their lives to fight for our country.
