Thankful

I chose to put “Thank you and United States” because I thought it would be a sign of gratitude for them, and they would appreciate it. I also chose to put a star because it just makes sense to me, and the star is part of United States history. Another thing I did was drawing a guy with a hat saluting because the veterans served in the war for people like us, and I am thankful that they sacrificed their lives for us. I put a ring around it because it fills the space around the ring. I think this will make the veterans smile because of my own drawing that I made and because of the words that I said.
