My veterans day pin is built as a plane to symbolize bravery because pilots risk their lives every day by getting in their plane. The empty cockpit shows the dullness of war and how soldiers risk their lives every day for their country. "YOU ARE HONORED" is written on the plane telling veterans how much people appreciate the sacrifice they made. Overall my pin is designed to honor the sacrifice veterans have made.
