Stars of Service

Perseverance, Courage, Hard work. These are only some words to describe the military. Thank you for protecting our country and fighting for our freedom. I chose the color red in my pin to represent valor and bravery. I incorporated blue in my pin because it represents perseverance and justice. The color white in my pin stands for purity and innocence. The stars stand for family members who served during hostilities or war. The airplane represents an icon that stands for the airforce. There is not a day that goes by that I don’t recognize what the Veterans have done for our country. The vets who have fallen will always be remembered and we won’t forget what they did for our country. If there was one thing I could say to them, it would be “Thank you.” It might seem very simple. It shows we honor them and recognize their accomplishments.
