Freedom's Wings

When I designed and named this pin, I took to mind all of the meaningful symbols I was able to use and what they would mean to my pin. I chose wings to demonstrate the freedom we have because of the Veterans, and the strength and hope our Veterans had. I chose the Earth to demonstrate our Veterans' protection of our country, the peace they wanted to make, and the unity the Veterans practiced when they fought for the United States. Finally, I named this pin “ Freedom’s Wings” because the Veterans seemingly had wings as they selflessly fought for our freedom.
