The veteran stars

My pin project was a lot of hard work. The process of coming up with ideas was the hardest part of the project The hardest part was coming up with ideas. I wanted the pin to be special for the veterans who would get it. Veterans work so hard to protect our country, so showing them respect is important. They deserve so much for everything they’ve done, and making this pin felt like a small way to say tha[nk you. I spent much time thinking about what symbols would represent their bravery. After trying a few ideas, I picked one that felt right. Making the pin wasn’t easy, but it felt great to see it finished. I was proud of it because it showed appreciation for veterans. This project helped me understand how important it is to thank people who serve our country.
