You cant take the soldier out

My pin resembles how a veteran may not be in the military anymore, but his sacrifice nor his story during his time in the military are forgotten. This explains the shadow of the soldier saluting the flag (not shown in the pin) and each branch of the military in his shadow representing how the respect his past will won´t leave him. Soldier or veteran, they both deserve the same respect.
