The yellow star symbolizes the joy and thankfulness that we all have for veterans, it also symbolizes hope, the hope that is had that we end these long wars and that all soldiers come home safe. The other stars represent the freedom these amazing veterans fought for. The word NAVY along with the anchor is for the veterans who fought on the water or were Navy pilots. The entire pin symbolizes our love for our veterans who kept us safe.
