Veterans Save Us

What is a veteran? A veteran is someone who fights in the military for our country day in and day out. Veterans are important to me because they go into war for me and my country's freedom while risking their own lives. They have to fight in air, on water, protect, and attack other countries for us. Veterans protect me, my friends, family, and the citizens of the United States. The stars in my pin represent the fifty state stars on the American flag. The colors on my stars represent the colors on the American flag which is red, white, and blue.
