Exploration of the moon

If I was leading an exploration of the moon’s south pole I would want 4 crewmates. I would like one of my crewmates to be carefree and relaxed to lighten the mood in uneasy times. Next I would want a very serious crewmate to keep us on track. One person with a medical background would be helpful in emergencies and for the last person I would want them to be able to balance everybody out. I would bring a lunar rover that automatically charts every path taken so future astronauts can follow our paths and go farther.
