Climate change is a big problem in the U.S. but here in Henry County, KY climate change has caused a drought. The farms of Henry Country are struggling to keep their crops and pastureland healthy. Even our lawns are turning brown and are starting to die. If our crops suffer from drought, we might lose our food source. If our pastures start to die off, our livestock will produce lower yields. If people's yards die and start to turn brown people will lose their jobs because in Henry County lawn mowing is a career for many people. Henry County can help solve the water drought by using water wisely and not wasting it. Something else could be to fix many of the water leak problems around the county. I can get this out to the public by utilizing the Henry County facebook page, making posters, and putting them around the community for people to see.
