I will create a new textured road to prevent icy roads. This new road won't be made out of tar or asphalt or any normal material roads are built out of, it will be made out of a new material called flic. This material will create friction between water molecules not allowing them to freeze and become dangerous to drivers. The new material is very easy to implant on roads. After the old tar/ asphalt road is torn up the the new flic can be pourn in and then after waiting around 24 hours to let it harden the flic will be ready to drive safely on.
