In my local area of New Jersey, we have relatively normal weather/climate. It is moderately cold with snow sometimes in the winter and warm and humid during spring and summer, and in the fall, it is cold and dry with the leaves changing colors. However in the case of a climate hazard, especially blizzards/snowstorms, parks and outdoor recreation areas might be heavily affected. The snow can ruin the grass and damage nature in those areas. However, in the case of extreme amounts of snow, we can deploy snow dome covers to cover the entire park and then the snow will fall into the surrounding area of the dome, which can then be picked up by snow plows on the outside. The inside will be snow-free and people can go there during high amounts of snowfall to enjoy. In order to implement the proposed plan of deploying snow dome covers to prevent parks from being damaged in extreme snowfall, we will propose the plan to the New Jersey state government. If they say yes, we will find a manufacturer(s) to build these snow domes within our budget from the state funding, and then add them to parks.
