In Southern California's blazing summer seasons, plants dry up, little rainfall, and heat cause the chances for increase and the destructibility of wildfires to shoot up exponentially. These fires cause millions to billions of dollars of damage, destroy the environment, and threaten humans. Wildfires can cause all of this because they aren’t detected quickly; ranging from minutes to hours. Detecting them to delay their destruction is crucial and can be solved by my idea. First, there would be tall towers that have 360-degree long-range cameras that are connected to a computer running on AI to scope out any fires or smoke. Next off these towers would have smoke detectors that test the air quality and send this info to the fire stations nearby when there is lots of carbon. To help prevent fires, these towers would have a cannon on a swivel that could shoot water or foam to stop fires. This cannon would be connected with the AI so if the AI knows the fire is in range, it would use the fire extinguisher cannon to crease the blaze.
