In a zero-gravity environment such as a space station, astronauts can no longer pour liquids or solids together to mix them. This container provides the capability to mix two substances together by way of its interlocking halves. Once assembled, the container can be twisted to uncover two chambers. The two substances to be mixed are loaded separately into each chamber. The container can then be twisted closed to store its contents. To mix the two substances, the user must first twist the container's halves so that their side notches align. The container can then be shaken to allow the contents to mix. With this container, astronauts would have an easier time mixing substances together for chemistry experiments and many other situations in outer space.
