The Titanic Trash

This trash container has three parts, a cap, a packer, and the container. The container is a round cylinder that is hollow out except for the bottom. The cap is the same except for the bottom has a small hole in it for the stick of the packer. the packer packs the trash in so you can fit more in. The packer just stays in the trash and the higher the stick is the fuller you know the trash is. The cap just goes over the stick of the packer and snap on to the trash container. And so the container doesn't float off you can plus velcro to the cap. It all works great and efficient THE TITANIC TRASH.
