The Quetzal

Present: The quetzal lives in the Central American rainforest. The quetzals diet is nuts, snails, lizards, and small frogs. The quetzal lives on the canopy not on the ground. The Quetzal flies up to 80 mph. Now the quetzal has a long tail. Future: In the future I think it's tail is going to get shorter because his predator could grab his long tail. They will build their nests in bushes. Their legs will get stronger to move faster on the ground. They will get smaller, and they will fly faster. They will stay in the Amazon. They will get a larger beak. They will also get stronger wings to fly faster, and their colors will get darker.
